The Sales and Operations Manager for the Existing Seller Management (ESM) team will lead strategic initiatives to drive seller growth, retention, and operational excellence across Amazon's third-party marketplace in Mexico. This role combines strategic thinking with leadership exposure and tactical execution, working with a team of account managers in Mexico and Costa Rica while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement programs that enhance seller experience and drive business growth.

- Design and execute strategic initiatives to improve seller retention, growth, and satisfaction across different business groups
- Own key performance metrics including sellers launches, perfect launches, voice of the sellers, selection, pricing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various teams
- Create and implement scalable solutions to address systematic seller challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and team efficiency
- Manage resource allocation and prioritization across different ESM teams
- Own reporting and analytics to drive data-based decision making
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and align on cross-market initiatives
- Build and maintain executive-level presentations for business reviews and strategic planning

As the Sales and Operations Manager for Mexico's ESM team, you'll operate at the intersection of seller success, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Here's what your dynamic role might entail:
Internal Stakeholders You'll Work With: Business Group Category Leaders (CE, SL, OHL, CO) to align on category-specific needs
FBA Operations teams to resolve fulfillment challengesProgram teams (Ads, SPI, Deals) to drive systematic improvements
Regional LATAM ESM leadership to share best practices and align initiatives
Finance teams for business planning and performance tracking
Your Customers: Internal teams requiring ESM expertise and seller insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders at various levels. Track record of successfully influencing decisions and driving alignment across different business units without direct authority
- SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Track record of driving results in a fast-paced business environment
- Data Management: Experience in managing large datasets and implementing data governance practices. Proven ability to design and maintain database systems for business intelligence purposes
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)- Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, operations, or account management roles
