• Increase the brand's presence and sales in existing markets, while establishing and developing the market in new key LATAM countries.
• Provide expert technical support to internal teams, distributors, OEMs, engineering consultants, and end users.
• Engage with clients through on-site visits, technical presentations, workshops, virtual seminars, sales meetings, and various remote communication methods.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to ensure high-quality technical support.
• Generate reports and conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and address challenges.

• Degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written, essential for reporting to leadership and engaging effectively with clients and global teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales within the electrical industry.
• Proven track record of providing technical support to clients and managing complex sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and across LATAM.
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
