As Head of Finance for the Mexican entity, you will:

• Lead all financial operations for a growing subsidiary
• Coordinate with global finance teams based in Europe
• Own FP&A, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax laws and accounting standards (MexGAAP)
• Align reporting with GermanGAAP (experience not mandatory, training available)
• Experience with IFRS is desirable
• Be the main point of contact for auditors
• Design and implement internal financial processes and controls
• Map current practices and assess compliance gaps
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Improve cashflow, working capital, AP/AR, and inventory
• Supervise a small team, with potential to grow
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and structure
• Understand transfer pricing
• Use ERP systems - SAP desirable

Perfil buscado

We're looking for a finance professional who has:

• 7+ years of experience in Finance within multinational environments
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and tax law
• Experience with compliance, internal controls, and audits
• Experience with IFRS; knowledge of GermanGAAP is a plus
• Familiarity with transfer pricing
• Proven ability to manage and optimize cash flow, AP, AR, and inventory
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Full professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
• A hands-on mindset: capable of strategy, but willing to execute
• Comfort working independently and taking full ownership of finance
• Excitement to build a function from scratch and support growth
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with HQ abroad
