Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The HR Operations Benefits Senior Analyst will report to the HR Operations Manager with key responsibilities focused on administration and process support of PepsiCo’s US employee active benefit and retiree medical programs. Working within a team, the Senior Analyst will contribute to a range of projects and activities including the annual benefits enrollment cycle, employee and retiree issues regarding benefits coverage and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will have the drive and experience to lead projects and produce analyses that address business needs.

Your Impact

As HR Operations, Benefits Associate Manager your scope would consist:

  • Work across the broader HR, IT, EC, Total Rewards, Communications and Alight benefit teams on initiatives and serve as lead on all transformational data related projects impacting employee/retiree benefits administration
  • Assist in managing Alight and own vendor relationships; providing guidance and direction on PepsiCo processes and initiatives to ensure key performance metrics are delivered on time and on budget
  • Manage administration and employee issue resolution via SNOW, including assisting in root cause analysis and implementation of identified changes which may improve data, mapping or recordkeeping. Handle plan participant escalations with speed and attention to detail
  • Support Senior Manager and TR/HR partners as program subject matter expert
  • Support the annual benefits enrollment cycle as a member of the core project team with responsibility for specific sub-processes such as UAT, annual e-pay cycle and census optimization workstreams
  • Collaborate with the Benefits CoE and Global Capability Centers to influence the design, delivery, communication and assessment of benefit programs that meet employer and employee objectives
  • Oversee key benefit processes such as SOX and HIPAA processes, hours reporting reconciliation as well as invoicing
  • Ensure plans are administered according to terms, laws and regulations
  • Lead special projects throughout the year in support of benefits and service-delivery objectives

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
  • 5+ years overall experience in the area of benefits.
  • Experience administering or designing employee health and welfare plans benefits plans and/or processes for a large employer preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills couple with knowledge of Success Factors EC or a similar HRMS system
  • Success effectively communicating with key stakeholders
  • Effective problem-solving skills; proactive approach to identify risks and propose solutions
  • High degree of initiative and attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage project deadlines
