Resumen:
Responsible for ensuring operational continuity and end‑to‑end data integrity between shopfloor systems (MES / industrial networks, machines, PLCs) and business layers (ERP / BI). This role acts as the senior technical‑operational authority to help sustain a high‑transaction environment and to support compliance through disciplined change control, validation, and audit‑ready documentation.The role focuses on execution, technical supervision, stabilization, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation and governance enablement—not on owning enterprise IT strategy nor budgets.

Requisitos:
Qualifications.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of experience supporting mixed IT/OT environments.
Must have strong technical knowledge in SQL Server administration and development, SAP or ERP BOM and Routings, industrial networking (VLANs, segmentation), manufacturing data flows, SCADA/HMI platforms, and diagnostic‑level PLC interpretation.
Requires excellent communication skills, the ability to translate technical issues into business impacts, to build team capability through documented standards and structured transfer of knowledge and to lead subordinates and cross‑functional partners in resolving complex technical challenges.
