Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Automation Process Industries division in Merida.
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
- Acting as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assessing the urgency of issues, and initiating appropriate action.
- Arranging business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.
- Takes care of the office suppliers, services, visitors or staff in the office.
- Responsible for internal reporting according to set processes.
- Cooperates with business managers, project controllers, supports invoicing process, purchase requisitions, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software programs.
- Fluent English and Fluent Spanish is needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and SAP is desirable.
- An experience in a receptionist role / customer service face to face is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively within many levels of the company as well as with individuals outside the company.
- Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and punctually
