Banking Coordinator

Location: Urban Center, Jalisco

Do you have experience in banking operations, treasury, or accounts payable?

Join our team and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment!

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily banking operations
Process domestic and international payments
Review Positive Pay, ACH returns, and stop payment requests
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve payment issues
Partner with AP, Treasury, Accounting, and external banks
Identify and help prevent payment-related fraud risks
Maintain accurate banking procedures and documentation

Required Skills & Abilities

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2–3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Treasury, or Accounts Payable
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail
Bilingual: English & Spanish.

Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior

Licenciatura
3 años de experiencia
Idiomas: Inglés
Edad: entre 20 y 45 años
Conocimientos: Conciliaciones bancarias, Contabilidad, Cuentas por pagar
