The main responsibilities are:

• Oversee all routine accounting activities including bookkeeping, bank transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments, purchase orders, and employee expenses using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance and KPI analysis, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning
• Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and collections in coordination with other departments, while managing supplier relationships to guarantee proper invoice processing and prompt payments
• Maintain full compliance with local and international tax regulations, including timely deductions, filings, and payments, while managing statutory reporting and leading the year-end audit process
• Supervise and support accounting staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure adequate staffing levels

Perfil buscado

Accountant with more than 5 years of wide experience working with ERP/Accounting software. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong organisational skills. Ability to process complex financial data and communicate in a clear, concise manner to non-financial personnel
