Support Route Management for Brazil – No Experience Needed!

Are you fluent in Portuguese and looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, global company? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Route Management (Reengenharia) team supporting operations in Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in data management, work with systems like SAP, and contribute to high-impact projects—no prior professional experience required!

  • What You’ll Do

As a Go-To-Market Management Analyst Jr., you’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial and merchandising teams by ensuring accurate route data across our internal systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating route data in internal systems such as SAP and MC1.
  • Maintaining and adjusting route assignments for Direct-to-Store (DTS) and merchandiser teams.
  • Preparing and uploading route data files (POST files) for route engineering processes.
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of routing data across all platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Conversational English (minimum intermediate level)
  • Work Schedule and Location Requirements
You must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM Central Time. On Fridays, the work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, with on-site presence required just on Friday.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Technical) in:
  • Business Administration
  • Accounting
  • Data Analytics
  • Computer Science
  • or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus (but not required)
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
