This Position reports to:
Quality Specialist
Accountabilities:
- Track RGA & RMA area, in order to fulfill KPIs of the area.
- Share quality alerts of customer complaints from quality investigations.
- Support Concerns program in order to accomplish goals of the program and help to get customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of the Quality Systems.
- "Participate in 5´s Program as auditor or area owner when required. Do weekly audits per schedule.
- Control RGAs Inventory by keeping tracking file updated
- Provide to Auditor reworking plan based on schedule.
- Track shipment of reworked material.
- Upload Quality Concerns reported by people in Gensuite.
- Upload manually Continuous Improvement Tasks in PPS.
- Participate with Customer Quality Engineer in quality investigations at production lines, regarding customer's complaints.
- Support Customer Service Activities by collecting spare parts replacements and FOC (Free of Cost) orders and assuring delivering in shipping area.
- Develop Quality Alerts generated by Quality Investigations led by Customer Service.
- Register Scrap generated by Replacement Orders & by Reworking Area.
- Share CI, QA Concerns & RGA Inventory tracking files develop by Customer Service."
