Your tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, order status, and company policies Process credit card orders/ sales orders, invoices, quotes, returns and vendor set up efficiently and accurately within the ERP or CRM system Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments Create and maintain customer data and interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping Identify and anticipate customer needs, proactively offering solutions and building rapport Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Your skills- 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the electronics industry, or similar fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
