We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Agent to manage inbound calls, assist customers, and support the full commercial cyclefrom quoting to reservation management. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls and provide clear guidance on our products and services.Sales & Conversion: Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and follow up to close sales.Quotes & FollowUp: Prepare and send quotations; conduct proactive followups to finalize deals.
