Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose is to support People Payroll transformation strategies across Americas (North America and LATAM) ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee hire to retire processes; generating value added services and processes of the Organization through the execution of projects.

Your Impact

As Design & Discovery Analyst your responsibilities would consist:

  • Provide support of coordination of project management to leadership team to follow up of objectives & plan
  • Coordinate project sessions according to align project governance
  • Support Strategic Agenda by tracking & visibility of strategic plans Communicate effectively across levels of organization status of project and escalate accordingly
  • Support change management strategy (stakeholders management, comms, impact assessment & plan, trainings, etc)
  • Stablish standards and best practices for project deliverables
  • Collect information of business to document as is and define to be & identify opportunities

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field
Experience
  • Background in Project Management Agenda and business architect preferred
  • 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred
  • 100% fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), desirable Portuguese
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Certification in project management desirable
  • Experience practicing: knowledge in negotiation, conflict resolution, audit processes knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management and service providers
  • Very proactive, action oriented
  • Analytical Skills
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Untouchable integrity and ethics
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent follow-up abilities
  • Must be knowledgeable with performance analysis tasks and can work independently in handling equipment and system issues
  • Must have knowledge in development of processes based on continuous improvements and high approach to service of clients.
