Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This is a key role to enable TA People Solutions to drive strategic initiatives and continue to innovate and enhance our digital experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
You’re comfortable working with a global team; curious about trending and leading technology. At your core you are a disciplined analyst who strives to deliver innovation, efficiency and the ultimate candidate / customer experience through technology.

Your Impact

As HR Ops Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Monitor support emails & tickets daily to help end users with all their requests.
  • Analyze each ticket or email, identify the root cause of the issue, identify the course of action required to correct the user or a functionality of the system.
  • Determine if there is an update needed to the standard procedures or configuration.
  • Appropriately assess impacts and risks on system and data issues and communicate back to management for proper escalations.
  • Consult with business clients, when needed to determine gaps in system functionality or data inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate any system defects / fixes with the HR Ops TA systems and platforms team
  • Maintain weekly dashboards on the issues that were raised and the timing to resolve
  • Assist as needed on any global system outages and provide up to date statuses on the issues.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors as needed to rectify any issues or breaks

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources
Experience
  • Proficient in English, written and oral
  • 3-5+ years of experience in TA systems
  • Experience on working in large scale TA Cloud solutions
  • Experience with the troubleshooting of TA systems and process
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
  • Experience in documentation and revising remediation processes and procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain credible and influential relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and anticipate issues as well as to make connections on different issues
  • Strong Detailed-oriented skills
  • Capability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language according to their audience
  • High stress tolerance
