We are currently searching for a Support Engineer:
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline infrastructure management and improve efficiency.Lead capacity planning, including demand forecasting and continuous resource optimization across all application infrastructure.Maintain production environments, ensuring High Availability (HA), Resiliency, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).Build and maintain SRE infrastructure, including tools, scripts, and integrations with platforms like Prometheus/Grafana.Define observability metrics and thresholds, and create frameworks for data capture, trend analysis, and alerts.Manage alert monitoring and governance, addressing issues according to schedule.Bridge between support and engineering for incident management, improving response and follow-ups.Collaborate with engineering for continuous performance optimization.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or universityExpert level understanding of Linux environment and DatabaseSystematic problem solving approachStrong sense of ownership and driveWhile certification is not required, formal training in range of programming language/s and different operating and programming platform cab be asset.Network diagnostic skills and experience with networks and real-time messaging technologiesStrong scripting skills, like Perl, Python, or UNIX shell.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Languages
Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.
