Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Financial Advertising and Marketing (A&M) Analyst will play a key role in Advertising and Marketing (A&M) planning, reporting and controls.
This role is responsible for the overall administration of the Advertising and Marketing (A&M) budget and governance at PBF, leading the A&M tracking/spend across the Marketing budgets.
As the main Advertising and Marketing (A&M) business partner for the Marketing and Finance teams, this role will engage with cross-functional stakeholders regularly through governance meetings, delivering refresher trainings, etc. The incumbent is expected to deliver accurate information, share insights from data, and influence decision making at PBF.An expectation of this role is to find process improvements and enhancements to drive future efficiencies.
Your Impact
As Financial Advertising & Marketing Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …- Being a busines partner to deliver an excellent service to stakeholders.
- Deliver Advertising and Marketing (A&M) reports as needed, update and improve visibility including W/NW A&M.
- Ensure Advertising and Marketing (A&M) reports are provided regularly to key stakeholders, with accuracy.
- Provide insights and action all follow ups as needed to drive Advertising and Marketing (A&M) budget management
- Ensure close communication with the Finance team and Advertising and Marketing (A&M) Manager Lead to maintain the correct distribution of the budget in PEPs and track adjustments by monthly
- Complete daily validation and approval of requests for the creation of purchase requesitions, order changes and providing necessary information to stakeholders.
- Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
- Lead new initiatives, continuous improvement and demonstrate forward thinking in all matters relating to Advertising and Marketing (A&M).
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Administration or related
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Hands on experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Desirable knowledge in SAP
- Language: English fluent and Portuguese preferred
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle transactional work
- Solid analytical skills with focus on accuracy and consistency
