We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner while also assisting with marketing execution.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can operate independently with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing commitments
- Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Help establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization
Marketing Support:
- Manage and support LinkedIn and social media presence
- Create, schedule, and publish posts to increase visibility
- Assist with basic marketing coordination and content execution (not strategy-focused)
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong experience in calendar management (required)
- Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders (e.g., founders, partners, executives)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media management
- Basic marketing coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and build structure from scratch
