We are currently searching for a Job Position:

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements across stakeholders.Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams.Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain.Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms.Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience.7–10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must.Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).Willing to travel up to 10–15% based on project needs.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.
