What will I do as a Sales Representative?

Your sales career at Afni will be both rewarding and fun! A part of our telecom program, your role will involve building meaningful relationships with customers and understanding their needs to offer them the best solutions – all while getting paid!

None of our sales roles involve cold calling. You'll engage with inbound callers who are looking for the solutions you already provide!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to engage with customers effectively.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers for a consultation on product development, solutions, and promotions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize each call’s potential.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets—including daily, weekly, and monthly quotas—as well as program performance metrics.
  • Ensure all customer interactions maintain a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.

What are the qualifications to be a Sales Representative at Afni?
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • High school diploma or GED.
