We are seeking a proactive and experienced Caregiver Recruiter to support our caregiver hiring efforts. This role is responsible for managing job postings, analyzing recruitment performance, and driving candidate outreach for urgent hiring needs.
The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and effective recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Job Posting & Analytics
Manage and maintain caregiver job postings across platforms.Review job post performance analytics and propose job ad sponsorship opportunities to the Senior Manager.
Optimize job descriptions and posting strategies to improve candidate flow.
Candidate OutreachConduct proactive outreach using Indeed Pro and other sourcing tools for urgent and high-priority searches.
Engage with potential candidates to promote opportunities and guide them through the initial stages of the hiring process.
Internal Collaboration
Act as a liaison with Customer Success and Member Operations teams to share updates on outward-facing recruitment efforts.Ensure alignment between recruitment messaging and operational needs.
Pipeline ManagementMonitor candidate flow from job postings to the onboarding team.
Ensure timely handoff of qualified candidates and maintain visibility into onboarding progress.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on proactive sourcing and outreach.
Familiarity with job posting platforms and recruitment analytics.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using tools like Indeed Pro, Workday, Bullhorn, or similar systems.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English is a requirement.
