Summary
At Platzi, the Student Success Team helps students reach their learning goals by providing support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve their experience. We also share key insights with internal teams to enhance our platform and services.
As a Student Advocate, you will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Education, ensuring students receive timely support while helping improve their overall experience. Your role is to assist with inquiries, understand student needs, and communicate valuable feedback to the right teams.

Description
As a Student Advocate, you will support students by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance through chat, email, and social media. You will track and report product-related concerns, keep our knowledge bases up to date, and share insights with internal teams.You will also analyze student feedback and contribute to improvements in our platform and processes. With experience, you will help train new team members. Meeting KPIs in satisfaction, response time, and efficiency is key, along with participating in initiatives that enhance student success.
Qualifications- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 months in a customer-facing role.
- English level B1+ (required).
- Current or former active student at Platzi; community participation or attendance at events such as Platzi Conf is a strong plus.
- Strong Spanish grammar and writing skills, with attention to spelling and tone (essential).
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Notion, or similar.
- Ability to provide structured and constructive feedback on the platform and communication processes.
- General knowledge of digital technologies or educational background related to the tech industry.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving workflows and customer experience.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a strong interest in continuous learning.
- Candidates with diverse academic or professional backgrounds are welcome—no specific degree required.
