Sales Development Representative (Mexico)
As a Sales Development Representative (Mexico) at Sinch, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying opportunities in the Mexican market and fostering client relationships. You will leverage your communication skills and market knowledge to connect with potential customers, ensure a seamless lead nurturing process, and contribute to our ambitious sales targets.
Your daily tasks will include engaging with prospects via phone and email, generating interest in our communications solutions, and effectively setting up meetings for our sales team. You will need to understand customer needs and tailor your approach to ensure maximum engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Build targeted lists and execute email campaigns focused on drawing attention to Sinch solutions.
- Initiate conversations with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Schedule follow-up meetings for key sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, lead information, and pipeline development in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategy and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate interest and qualify leads in a competitive market.
- Experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive sales growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and results-driven environment.
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
