Costumer service (Callcenter bilingue)
We are currently looking to expand our team.We are seeking candidates to provide customer service and phone support to active clients, resolving inquiries related to payments, operational processes, and invoice purchasing, ensuring a clear and professional experience.
Main Responsibilities
Handle customer calls in English (90%).
Provide support in payment processes and factoring operations.
Enter and update information in CRM systems (Salesforce).
Properly channel and follow up on requests and incidents.
Provide administrative and operational support to the corresponding department.
Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelors degree.
Experience in customer service or call center.
Advanced English (90% required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and responsibility.
We Offer
Negotiable salary based on experience: $17,000 to $20,000 MXN.Schedule: Monday to Saturday
