Responsibilities:The Candidate will be expected to: Be a self-starter with an inquisitive mind to help identify problems and proactively
work to solve them as they arise.Proven ability to create and document requirements (user stories) for a software
application as well as managing the teams backlog
Transform Epic user stories to a consumable level that is understood by the
development team
Communicate proactively with teammates and customers regarding work status, issues and risks.
Ability to estimate user stories as well as facilitate estimation process with dev
team
Excellent proficiency and hands-on experience with Jira.
Act as a liaison between Product and Development team.
Facilitates collaboration with remote teams, resolving conflict, removing
impediments, and reducing external dependencies
Provides regular feedback to the Program Team
Ability to lead discussions and learning sessions with 50+ attendees.
Effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective meeting.
Technical requirements:
5+ years experience as Business Analyst with at least one large projectExperience in Agile methodology.Expertise in using Maven, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA or any other similar toolsGood communication skillsSoft skills/requirements:Strong organizational, written, and prioritization skills.Strong customer service skills.Demonstrated problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish verbally, in writing, bytelephone, and in face-to-face virtual meetings.Ability to quickly absorb new specifications on products/platforms and adapt to a
