About the Job

We are looking for an experienced ABA Operations Manager to support a growing autism therapy organization focused on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership to manage and improve core operational functions including recruiting, intake, scheduling, and credentialing. You will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while helping build systems that support long-term growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines execution, coordination, and process improvement.

• Manage recruiting workflows for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
• Coordinate interviews, hiring pipelines, and onboarding processes
• Support intake coordination, insurance verification, and scheduling alignment
• Track credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements
• Maintain organized operational systems and documentation
• Identify workflow gaps and help improve processes across teams

• Smooth and organized hiring and onboarding workflows
• Reduced delays in client intake and scheduling coordination
• Accurate and up-to-date credentialing and compliance tracking
• Improved operational processes that reduce inefficiencies
• Strong coordination across clinical, admin, and leadership teams

• Prior experience working in an ABA or behavioral health organization
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
