International manufacturing company.

• Lead and support the accounting team in managing the monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the primary liaison with Corporate, Regional, and Audit teams (local, group, or any other entity) to clarify financial and audit-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and actively propose improvement strategies.
• Analyze financial statements, identify variances, and take corrective action as needed, keeping the Finance Director informed of the company's financial position.
• Review and propose daily KPIs to detect deviations and identify areas for improvement in a timely manner.
• Supervise and ensure the correct use of the company's resources.
• Serve as the first point of contact for tax and business-related requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Advanced conversational English
• Previous experience in companies within the following sectors: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Trading or Services
• At least 7 years of experience in accounting roles
• Recent experience reporting under IFRS to a foreign headquarters
