Recepcionista De Hotel/ Agente de Ventas - Mérida

This is better suited for men as you will be required to lift heavy suitcases.

• Degree in tourism
• One year in hotel reception or customer service and prior sales experience.
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH and ideally have some skills in French and Italian.
• Comfortable doing various tasks that may fall outside the reception area.
• Aptitude for sales to earn commissions ($1000 to $3000 extra/month)
• Provide quality service complying with the policies, procedures and standards established by the company to exceed the expectations of guests and customers.
• Offer an optimal service at the entrance and exit of the guest, comply with the quality of service standards. Carry out the registration of guests and collection of their accounts in an efficient and adequate manner.
• Arrive 10 minutes before the established time and report with the manager to attend the corresponding briefing.
• Inspect the rooms that are assigned for arrivals.

Afternoon shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30pm to 10:30pm , Friday 6:30pm to 6:30am, Saturday Rest, Sunday 6:30am to 6:30pm
