Key job responsibilities- Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for Amazon Business sellers in Mexico, with a focus on increasing adoption of key features.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, webinars, and social media.
- Create and optimize seller lifecycle journeys to drive feature adoption and seller success
- Partner closely with product teams to support new feature launches and drive seller awareness and adoption
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive business outcomes
- Develop compelling marketing content including sales sheets, case studies, webinars, and educational materials
- Collaborate with global seller marketing teams to scale successful programs and share best practices
About the team
You will be joining a business development organization that drives growth for over 2 million Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management. We're changing the way Mexican companies sell and are passionate about building innovative solutions at the intersection of tech and retail in the B2B space.- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent in English- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
