Sales Manager Assistant

Were looking for someone organized, energetic, and commercially minded to partner closely with our Sales Manager and help strengthen relationships with retail clients.

What youll handle:

Assist in preparing commercial presentations, quotes, and follow-up reports.

Coordinate logistics for business trips, sample shipments, and client visits.

Maintain updated CRM records, track orders, and support communication with key accounts.

Help plan and organize attendance at major trade shows in the U.S. and LATAM.

What you need:

Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or related area.

Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading).

Experience working with U.S. or LATAM clients is a strong plus.

Valid passport + U.S. VISA and availability to travel occasionally.

Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export basics, and ERP/CRM systems.
