Job Summary:
As a Content Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement content management solutions that enhance business performance. Your role will involve gathering requirements, designing workflows, and implementing tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and DAM to optimize content distribution and impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process flows for CMS/DAM/DXP implementation.
- Conduct content platform technology vendor assessments, develop use cases, and create business cases.
- Work as a Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), or functional consultant during CMS/DAM implementation.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to implement AEM/content platform solutions, ensuring change management and adoption.
- Conduct business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes, and create requirements for new processes.
- Lead content management process and technology assessments, define KPIs, and evaluate solutions and vendors.
- Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the content management and digital marketing space.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in AEM OOTB components and features like DAM, workflows, personalization, and sites.
- Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining functional specifications for AEM templates, components, and workflow customizations.
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and commerce solutions like Hybris, Magento, and AEP.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, writing user stories, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
