INTERN
Your responsibilities
• Create files of the total number of certified items according to the certification standards.
• Analyze warranty time measurements.
• Submit the NPS survey.
• Develop an immediate delivery process with SCM and RDC so that they do not take so long to execute.
Your background
• Active student starting in the seventh semester of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related careers
• Use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point at an intermediate level.
• Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Quality standards
• Use of statistical software such as Minitab and reading plans is desirable.
• Intermediate level of English is desirable
• Interested or passionate about Quality.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 is desirable.
