Experience / Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of change management and labor/union relations.Experience with payroll processes.Knowledge of Organizational Development and recruitment processes.Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law.Knowledge of environmental legal requirements and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and organizational behavior standards.Ensure compliance with training and job-related development plans.Comply with and operate in accordance with quality, safety, health, environmental, and energy management systems and standards.Implement, maintain, and integrate the EH&S management system within the plants business plan.Promote and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) procedures across the organization.Ensure the allocation of necessary resources (human, technological, and financial) for EH&S activities.Promote accountability at all levels of the organization regarding safety and environmental performance.Participate in investigations of major or high-potential incidents and follow up on corrective actions.Report the status of corrective actions related to safety and health to the operations committee.
