This Position reports to:

HR Operations Specialist

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Active participation in recruitment in BC employees
Employees files management – control and update
Meets headcount requirements according to the business needs
Lead BC employees with onboarding process: ducuments and contracts.
Resolved questions related to their work area.
Knowledge of BC employees benefits and salary categories.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

You enjoy learn about full cycle recruiting process and the manufacturing market
You are passionate about connect with people and bring your service attitude
You are student and will graduate on Aug 2026 or Dec 2026 from degrees like Administration, Psychology or related
