- Main Purpose
Be the bridge between breweries ? and technical teams ?. Transform operational needs into digital solutions that deliver value, enabling dashboards ?, analytics ?, and tools that support Heineken’s digital transformation journey.
?️ Key Responsibilities- ? Engage with brewery stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- ? Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams.
- ? Build and support dashboards (Power BI, Grafana).
- ? Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- ?️ Support the leader with roadmap tracking, new use case identification, and continuous improvements.
- ? Promote adoption of Connected Brewery tools.
- ? Define KPIs and measure business impact of digital solutions.
- ? Education: Engineering or related field.
- ? Experience:
- 3+ years in similar roles (project management, translator, digitalization).
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- End-to-end analytics or digital projects delivered.
- TPM methodology knowledge (Heineken TPM preferred).
- Food & beverage industry experience (breweries a plus ?).
- ? Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI / Grafana.
- Digital transformation & Industry 4.0 understanding.
- Data integration, UAT, release management.
- ? Soft Skills:
- Strong communication ?️

- ? Language: Fluent English (must).
