Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
- G the extra mile to engage customers to see that they have an enjoyable experience when working with you.
- Punctuality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3.5+ years of experience in technical support. Bonus is that you have experience in the automotive industry.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- Fluent English with a strong American accent is essential, as you’ll be interacting with a U.S. audience over the phone.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Salary starting from $7 USD per hour. D.O.E.
- Full or part-time positions available. Monday-Friday from 9 am-7 pm. 40 hours per week.
