Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
  • G the extra mile to engage customers to see that they have an enjoyable experience when working with you.
  • Punctuality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3.5+ years of experience in technical support. Bonus is that you have experience in the automotive industry.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
  • Fluent English with a strong American accent is essential, as you’ll be interacting with a U.S. audience over the phone.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Benefits
  • Salary starting from $7 USD per hour. D.O.E.
  • Full or part-time positions available. Monday-Friday from 9 am-7 pm. 40 hours per week.
