Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of employee data analysis and the execution of post–payroll close controls.

Your Impact

As Payroll Data & Controls Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Analysis and reconciliation of critical employee data and compensation across payroll systems to ensure proper synchronization.
  • Manage tickets with the Sector and Workforce Administration (WFA) to ensure required updates are reflected in a timely manner, avoiding negative payroll impacts.
  • Conduct analysis of critical and urgent cases, including root cause investigation, and collaborate on follow-up activities and action plans.
  • Prepare and update DTPs documenting the area’s key processes.
  • Participate in employee data review processes within Sector initiatives, promoting synergy with involved teams.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring team KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience
  • Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Operations, Employee Data Management, Payroll Controls, or Operational Audit.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools preferred. Experience with macros is nice to have.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement focus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
