Videogames Customer Service Representative (WRITTEN SUPPORT for FPS game)

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
• Full-time availability
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico.
• Experience playing FPS games is essential.
• Availability to work rotating schedules: 8:00am to 5:00pm and 10:00am to 7:00pm.
• Availability to work at the office in Col. Del Valle

• Salary: $10,500 gross (before taxes)
• Bonus: $1,000 for working 45 hour shift
• Bonus: $1,000 for working at the office
