• Develop and execute quality strategies across engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee compliance with quality standards within the retail sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both manufacturing and product design.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train personnel on quality best practices and operational procedures.
• Generate detailed reports on quality metrics and areas for improvement.
• Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure material quality.

• Professional background in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Previous managerial experience in quality roles within the vehicle industry.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Solid knowledge of quality standards and regulations relevant to the sector.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León, with availability to travel if required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
