Staff Accountant (Hybrid - Guadalajara, Jalisco)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff or Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of US GAAP, solid experience working with US-based companies, and a track record of professional stability.

• Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established deadlines (10-day close cycle)
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP
• Assist in managing accounting operations across multiple entities (supporting 6–7 business units)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Proven experience working with US companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated job stability and professional commitment
• Experience with ERP systems (Yardi preferred, but not required)

• Background in real estate, senior living, hospitality, multi-entity environments, or property accounting
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, particularly for candidates with strong customer service and teamwork skills
