HYPERION MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGIES MÉXICO, IS LOOKING FOR A:

PLANNER

JOB PURPOSE:

Drives the master planning process by translating customer demand into production schedules, coordinating closely with raw material procurement, manufacturing operations, and logistics to ensure timely supply and delivery of tungsten carbide products

EDUCATION:

Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, Business Administration

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates production and delivery plans for the Mexico Production Unit , coordinating cross-functional execution to meet operational goals

Define the annual planning strategies for inventory reduction in: WIP (Work in process)

FG (Finished Goods)

RM (Raw material)

Accomplish service level agreements (SLA´s) and implement continuous improvement in: Production Planning Process

OTIF

Prevention of Past Due orders

Align planning strategy based on business priorities

Balance and prioritize and sequency of master Production plan

Balance the Capacity per work center in master production plan

Reschedule the Production plan in weekly basis

Check availability of Resources in master production plan such as: Finish goods, Capacity, Row material, tool availability and trays.

Build the master production plan in weekly basis

Review, analyze and prioritize of Customer requirements in production plan

Coordinate multifunctional teams for the achievement of the targets.

Generate on a weekly basis the reports for the area (Order Intake, Inventory Levels, Service Level)

Design corrective actions for the area metrics

Key User for the System

Supervise and follow up on weekly shipments

Analyze historical date, forecast future requirements and design the demand plan

Contribute to the Lean transformation
