Descripción

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the AP area.
  • Develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for AP migration.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization.
  • Oversee end-to-end AP processes:
  • Invoice booking
  • Invoice exception handling
  • Vendor payments
  • Full P2P cycle within an SSC environment
  • Manage a hybrid environment with multiple ERP systems (SAP + other platforms).
  • Build and scale the AP team.
  • Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders (strong English communication required).
  • Act as a key liaison across Finance, Operations, and Global teams.
  • Travel (primarily to the U.S.) as needed during transition phases.

Perfil buscado

A successful AP Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable.
  • Proven experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
  • Demonstrated success building and transforming AP operations from scratch.
  • Experience managing teams of 10-20 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes (invoice booking, invoice exception handling, vendor payment and full P2P cycle).
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Highly autonomous, strong listener, direct communication, adaptable and resilient.
