Descripción- Process and manage payroll for Mexico and other Latin American countries (Colombia and Argentina).
- Maintain and manage confidential electronic employee records.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including policy interpretation and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and government requirements (e.g. NOM‑035 in Mexico).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partner, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR‑related issues and escalate employee relations matters when required.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Mexico payroll.
- Experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of payroll calculations, layouts and payroll processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously.
- Availability to work 100% on‑site.
- English Advanced C1
- High level of motivation and interest in building a long‑term career within the company.
- Monthly gross salary: MXN $30,000 - $37,000
